Who We Are
About Us
Cody Pardners began in late 2019 as a grassroots group of parents and supporters of adults with disabilities interested in enriching the lives of adults with disabilities in Park County, Wyoming.
We focus on providing work opportunities, recreational activities, and community relationships. In February 2022, our group opened Pardners Café in the Park County Public Library building. The café’s operation is our biggest project, and we are simultaneously building other enterprises, including handmade crafts, gardening, and small business support services.
The future of Cody Pardners is bright! We are setting our sights on creating a residential community, a place for sharing life together!

Volunteer With Us
Volunteering at Cody Pardners is a rewarding and fulfilling experience. As a café volunteer, you will have the opportunity to support our mission by assisting with food preparation, customer service, and other daily tasks. Volunteers work alongside Pardners to help them grow and develop while building a meaningful connection.
Volunteers are also needed to help with other activities including crafting, gardening and administrative supports.
Your time and support can truly make a positive impact. No specific experience is required, only a genuine desire and a heart to serve.
